Logging In

To log in to your account, start by navigating to the main menu on our website.
Find the menu item labeled “Account”. Hover over or click on this item, and a dropdown menu will appear.
In this dropdown menu, select the “Login” option.
Upon clicking “Login,” a modal window containing the login form will pop up on your screen.

On the login form, you will be prompted to enter your login credentials, which include:
- Username or Email Address: Enter the username or email address associated with your account.
- Password: Enter the password you created during the registration process.
Make sure to enter your credentials accurately to avoid any login issues.

After entering your credentials, click on the “Login” button at the bottom of the form.
If your credentials are correct, you will be successfully logged into your account and redirected to your dashboard or another specified page.
If the system does not recognize your credentials, you will receive an error message. Double-check your entered information for any mistakes and try again.

Forgot Password: If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link located near the login form. Follow the instructions to reset your password.
Account Lockout: If your account becomes locked after multiple failed login attempts, follow the on-screen instructions or contact our support team for assistance.
Verification Issues: If your account has not been verified, you may be unable to log in. Check your email (including spam/junk folders) for the verification email or use the link to request a new verification email.
